We apply data-minimization principles: you can browse charts and market data without an account, and we only collect what the Service needs to function.

• Account data: mobile phone number (used as your login identifier) and nickname, if you register.
• Payment data: transaction records (amount, time, product). Card numbers and payment credentials are processed by our payment providers and never stored by us.
• Usage data: detections you run (stock symbols, dates), credit balance, subscription status, and basic server logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) used for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.

We do not collect special-category personal data, we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

2. Cookies

The Service uses only functional cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used, so no consent banner is required under the ePrivacy framework.

3. How We Use Data

• To provide the Service: authenticate you, compute detections, maintain your credit balance and subscriptions.
• To communicate service notices (account security, subscription expiry, legal updates).
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
