Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Yitian StarChart (the "Service") at stockdiag.com, operated by Rushi Taohui (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a technical analysis and market data visualization tool. It provides charting, technical indicator computation, and trend detections for China A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, US stocks, domestic futures, digital assets, and foreign exchange markets. Output produced by the Service — including any signals, scores, or detections — is generated by automated technical analysis of historical market data and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. No Investment Advice; No Recommendation

The Service is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, or financial advisor, and is not registered as such in any jurisdiction. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, digital asset, or currency. You acknowledge that any signal or detection is the output of a mathematical tool applied to historical data, does not predict future prices, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. 4. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You may not share an account between multiple users or resell access to the Service.

5. Fees, Credits and Subscriptions

• Some features of the Service are paid and are purchased either as pay-per-use credits or as recurring subscriptions, at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Where required by applicable consumer law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you may have a right of withdrawal; because the Service is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, access use during the withdrawal period may reduce or extinguish refund amounts as permitted by law.
• Prices may be denominated in different currencies (including USD); the currency charged is shown at checkout.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data or content from the Service except as permitted by robots.txt; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or algorithms of the Service; (c) interfere with or overload the Service or its infrastructure; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any securities or financial regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Market data displayed is provided for your personal informational use and may not be redistributed commercially. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction in Shenzhen, China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
